Fall Soccer and Soccer Pictures

Kade and Connor had Opening Ceremonies for soccer the Saturday after Aubrey's blessing. Kade was really excited to start soccer. Connor was excited, but still a little bit hessitant.

Eric, Bernard and the team. Both Eric and Bernard thought they would have time to coach the team. However, with job changes they had to turn the position over somebody else.

It was funny watching Connor play. He never touched the ball. He would just run wherever the kids were running. By the middle of the season he would start crying when we went to practice. Once he was out there though he tried really hard to do what he was suppose to do. By the end of the season he would start crying before we even got out of the car. Taking him to soccer was pretty much pointless. Coach Evan was so patient with him though. He would try to involve Connor as much as possible, but nothing would work. For some reason he did not enjoy playing soccer.  

 

Kade had a pretty good season this year. The new coach rotated him between striker and goalie. He really started playing like he did his first season. He made 3 to 5 goals and blocked many defensive goals. His team won first place in the silver division.

 



 

Connor has told us he wants to t-ball in the spring. Kade wants to play basketball. We will see what happens. :)

Aubrey's Special Day

Over Labor Day weekend Joe, Becky and Aubrey came into town. They planned on doing Aubrey's blessing this weekend. Great Grandpa, Great Grandma, Unlce Curtis, Aunt Kathy, Kyler and Brayden also came down for this special weekend. On Saturday the boys swam, a lot! Here are pictures of Connor being cute and silly.

I absolutely LOVE this picture of the boys with their little cousin. When she gets older, especially if she lives close by, she will have four older cousins to protect her.
