Families are Forever

Our family was sealed for time and all eternity in the Las Vegas Temple on Saturday, March 28. It was an incredible experience. One that we will never forget. These pictures turned out pretty good. Kade was a little bit tired from such a long day, therefore, he is not really smiling in any of them. He still looks cute though. Thank you Chelsea for taking them! Thank you to all of our friends and family that took the time out of their day to come out and support us. We truly appreciate all of you!!!

Grandpa and Grandma Thompson drove from Utah to be with us in the temple. Thank you for all you did Grandpa and Grandma. We love you!!!

We tried to get Kade to smile, but he just wouldn't.
He was way too tired.

Grandma Wallace visits.

Grandma Wallace came to Vegas for a week. While she was here she really wanted to see the boys, especially Kyle since she had never met him. We went to Claim Jumper for lunch. It was very yummy! We had a wonderful visit.

My boys and I!!!

Kade looks disgusted he gets to eat a huge chocolate cupcake with delicious frosting.

Now he looks ready to dig in.
Of course mommy had to help him, especially with the frosting.

Kyle strapped in before we leave the restaurant.

Kade and Kyle get new beds!

Kade and Kyle now sleep in new beds. Thanks to Uncle Jeff for putting the beds together. Kade moved into a twin and Kyle moved into the crib. Both boys love their bed and sleep comfortably. Kade's bed is big enough for Mommy to cuddle and read to him on it. Eventually, when the boys are bigger, Kade's bed will turn into a bunk bed. This will leave us room to have another child (in the future). Thanks to Grandpa Strickland for the name pictures above the boys' beds and the Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck picture.

Kade loves his new bed!!!!

Pretending to sleep.

Two terrific aspects about Kade's bed is the book case (shown in the pictures) and the drawers underneath his bed. The drawers are so big they hold almost all of Kade's toys.

Kyle enjoying his new bed!

This is the middle of the room.
I am going to be hanging a big picture of the boys in the middle.

Grandma and Grandpa Strickland visit!

It was so fun to see Grandpa and Grandma at Boulder Beach. We had a blast visiting with them. They even made us a delicious dinner (steak, potatoes, salad, and yummy carrot cake). Grandpa makes excellent steaks. They were incredible!!!

Grandpa with Kyle.
Kade decided to walk into the picture.

Kade found Grandpa's fan to play with.

We decided to go see the lake.
Uncle Ryan carried Kade almost the whole way there.

Kade getting his shoes all wet.
That is what little boys do best!!

On our way back!

The rock Kade liked to play on which he, of course, fell off of. He started to cry, however, Grandma and dad came to his rescue. He stopped crying once we gave him some ice cream. He must not have been hurt too bad :)

The cutest picture of Eric and Kyle (so far)!

Grandma bought Mikey a hat with hair (since he doesn't have any, hehe)!

The whole family that was there!
