Funny Stories!!!

*One day the boys and I went to Meineke to get the brakes fixed. We had to waste an hour so we walked up to Targe. It was kind of a long walk, especially for a little boy. When we were walking back Kyle was having a really hard time. He was tired and just wanted to sit down. He starts saying, through his tears and whine, "I can't walk myself". I just chuckled to myself because that sounded so funny. We soon arrived back at Meineke and I guess he could "walk himself" because he made it :)

**Kyle decided he was hungry so he figured he could pour some applesauce into a bowl all by himself. Well, he did and it was filled all the way to the top. I rolled my eyes and hoped he wouldn't spill it. Of course he didn't eat all of it so Connor decided he wanted some. For some reason he decided when he was done to drop it on the floor. It got everywhere on the floor. I was really upset but I wiped it all up. However, when Kade came into the house one of the first things he said was "Mom, what is that on the wall and the light?" Connor managed to get applesauce all over the wall and on the lampshade. Connor is definitely starting the "messy" stage that Kyle just finished with. I guess that is what happens when we have two boys only fifteen months apart.

***Earlier in the day Kade was reading a letter book. It talked about a camel being in the desert. Later on when we were driving I said something about living in a desert. Kade thought we did not live in a desert because there are no camels. We kept having this conversation that Las Vegas is a desert, but Kade thinking it is not a desert. So, we called Uncle Jeff and he also told Kade that Las Vegas is a desert. Silly boy!! We already have a smarty pants in our family :)

****The other day it was raining really hard. After we thought it had stopped the boys wanted to go outside and play. Several minutes later I hear it raining again. I go outside to find the boys absolutely soaked. I told them they needed to come inside and change their clothes. I am such a party pooper, but I hope they had fun playing in the rain.

*****One day I was putting Kyle and Connor down for a nap. Kyle kept talking and talking. He made me laugh when he said "mom, when I was born I put on my Santa suit." Really, Buddy? He is so infatuated with his Santa suit. I just hope he doesn't have to wear it again Trick or Treating this year.

***We were standing in the checkout lane at Walmart when Kyle says, "Mom that lady has big ones!" I was thinking "well this is embarrassing. What in the world is he talking about?" Finally he said something about her fingernails. They were super long. Instead of saying long he said big. Made me laugh once I realized what he was talking about.

***This is not a funny story (even though Eric think it is). I went to pick up my vacuum from getting fixed. I told Kade to stay in the car while I went in. Well, he didn't. After we arrived home I went to get Cam out of the car. He was soaked. How in the world did he get so wet? I smelled him and he smelled like pee. Kyle decided to pee on him while I was in the vacuum store. He tried blaming it on Connor, but Connor was buckled in his car seat. Kade was also in a little bit of trouble because if he had of stayed in the car like I asked him to Kyle never would have done that. A few days later I found Kyle peeing in Chloe's food bowl. Oh the joys of having little boys :)

***I don't know what it is with the boys and their peeing, but here another story about that. One Wednesday night we were at Kade's soccer practice. I was trying to watch Kade and make sure the other two were close by and safe. I turned around to see where Connor was. When I found him he had his pants and undies pulled half way down and was peeing on the grass. The people that noticed him before me were just laughing and saying "hey, its nature!" Later I noticed Kyle was up talking to a man. Connor was right behind him. When I called them they wouldn't come so I had to walk up the hill to get them. As I came closer the man I noticed he had a little white mustache and beard. He had some teeth missing. The first thing he said to me was "Your son thinks I am Santa". I think it is funny how little kids perceive things, even little Kyle. He is so infatuated with Santa.
More to come as I remember them....

Cam at 4 months

We love this little guy!!! He makes the most adorable little noises/sounds. I am going to try to get them on video so everyone can see just how adorable he is.

Here are some cute pictures of some of his many facial expressions at 15 weeks, almost 4 months.

Starting to smile :)

Kade's Pictures of his "houses"

Kade LOVES to build houses and make "garages for all of his cars. After he is done he likes to grab my phone and take pictures of his creations.

Here are his cars before they have a "home".

Building his "home".

This one is a mansion.

He also had to take a couple pictures of Kyle by his map.

One of Chloe.

Pictures of some of the "garages" with his cars and trucks inside.

One of Connor.

I am glad Kade likes to use his imagination!!!
I am also glad he likes to play "cars" with his little brothers!

Old Christmas pictures

Here are some pictures from last Christmas. I finally figured out how to download pictures from my phone to my Picasa web albums. I wanted to share this ones.

Here is Kade and Kyle at the little park by our house. Kade loves to ride his bike down there. Yes, they are in their Christmas pajamas.

I absolutely love this picture of Kyle. He LOVED to wear his Santa costume ALL the time and everywhere we went. This is how I found him one night. I guess Santa was so tired from making all of those toys :)

The Venetian had an awesome Christmas display with a huge Christmas tree. They also had people dressed up walking around. This was a person dressed as an angel. The person stood so still we actually thought it was statue. The boys liked to see her move.

Eric ran onto one of his co-workers while we were there and took a picture of us. You can mostly just see the skating rink and our outline.

Cute Kade!!!

We are looking forward to this Christmas!!

Girl's NIght Out

A few weeks ago I went on a Girls Night Out!!! Yes that is right, I got away from all the screaming, whining, crying, fighting and chaos for a few hours. I LOVE my boys, but it was nice to get just a tiny break and have silence. My friend Tazia, from high school, moved back to Las Vegas and was expecting her first little boy in just a couple of weeks. We thought it would be fun to have a little party/baby shower for her. We planned on meeting at a restuarant called Max Brenner's in the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace. I arrived early, probably because I am use to unloading all four boys out of the car, having to walk really slow because somebody is walking super slow and wait while they look around at everything. Since I had a little bit of time I went into H&M. I had heard of this store, but never had gone to it. I loved so many outfits in the store and the prices were very reasonable. I will have to go there again someday.

I was so excited to see my friends Tazia, Amanda and Heather. I also met Tazia's sister in-law. Max Brenner's is an amazing restaurant. I ended getting mac-n-cheese. Yes, that is right. I got mac-n-cheese but it is an adult version. Although I really think Kyle and Connor would have eaten all of it. Kade would have thought it was one of the most disgusting things ever. Everything on the dessert menu has chocolate in it or with it. We ordered the smores and fondu desserts. They were AMAZING!!! I started thinking the boys would love this. It gave me an idea about a positive reinforcement idea for the boys. I will post about that later. I was so glad to see Taz. Doesn't she look amazing at 38 weeks?!?!

Thanks to my wonderful husband for watching all four of our little monkeys while I had some "down" time!!! Thanks to my friends for inviting me!! I hope we can meet up again soon!!!
