Carrie Underwood Concert!!!

Carrie Underwood Concert was amazing!!!! Eric and I were able to go while Jeff and Erica watched the boys. Before Carrie came on the Sons of Sylvia and Craig Morgan sang. Both were really good acts. Right before Craig Morgan came on we saw a guy sit down on the last seat of our row (six seats down from us). I noticed he had an ear piece in his ear that looked like what singers wear in their ears when singing. A few seconds later he lifted up his mic and started singing. Sure enough it was Craig Morgan. During one of his songs he walked out into the crows again. He came right up by us again. Exciting!!

My pictures turned out really bad so I copied some a friend took. She had way better pictures than I did. I hope you don't mind Chelsea! Thanks!

I didn't think Carrie Underwood would come out into the crowd like Craig Morgan did. Instead she came out in this blue truck that came over the crowd. Kade would have really liked that if he had of been there.

It was so fun getting to see her. Next time she comes I am buying tickets as soon as they come out. I would love to see her in concert again!!!

Kyle loves to hold his little brother!

And pose for the camera (most of the time)!

All three of them somewhat snuggling.

Kyle loves his little brother too!

Kade and Kyle being silly! The glasses Kade has on look too small and the glasses Kyle has on looks too big :)

Kade's First Primary Activitiy

Last Saturday Kade went to his first primary activity about King Benjamin. It's amazing how I think he is so big, but when I went to the activity I realized how little he still is. He was one of the littlest kids there. Here he is before we left. He was very excited!

When we arrived one of the leaders put a red piece of material around his arm. This meant he was in the red "family".  Each family had their own "tent".

After they picked their names and said their chant King Benjamin came to talk to them.

When King Benjamin was all done all of the children went to do service projects inside the church. They washed off chairs and tied quilts. Here is Kade washing off the chairs in the primary room. The little girl in this picture made sure Kade was with his "family" during the entire activity. When she would leave Kade would follow her. Very cute!

When they were done they played duck, duck, goose. Right before everyone left they were given an Otter Pot to eat. Yummy!

Kade had a fantastic time at his first activity. I think he will have even more fun when his brothers are old enough to join him :) Connor did go along with us on this one. He is just too little to participate.

Mother's Day Poem

When I’m a little old lady
Then I’ll live with my children and bring them great joy
to repay all I’ve had from each girl and boy
I shall draw on the walls and scuff up the floor;
run in and out without closing the door.
I’ll hide frogs in the pantry, socks under my bed
whenever they scold me, I’ll just hang my head.

I’ll run and I’ll romp, always fritter away
the time to be spent doing chores every day.
I’ll pester my children when they’re on the phone.
As long as they’re busy won’t leave them alone.
Hide candy in closets, rocks in drawers,
and never pick up my clothes from off the floor.

Dash off to the movies and not wash a dish.
I’ll plead for allowance whenever I wish.
I’ll stuff up the plumbing and deluge the floor,
as soon as they’ve mopped it, I’ll flood it some more.
When they correct me, I’ll lie down and cry,
kicking and screaming, not a tear in my eye.

I’ll take all their pencils and flashlights, and then
when they buy new ones, I’ll take them again.
I’ll spill glasses of milk to complete every meal,
eat my banana and just drop the peel.

Put toys on the table, spill jam on the floor,
I’ll break lots of dishes as though I was four;
What fun I shall have, what a joy it will be
To live with my children, like they lived with me!

Connor-10 weeks old!

Connor turned 10 weeks old today! He is starting to smile, a lot!! He is an incredibly happy baby. He is sleeping from 7-3 every night. He loves watching his brothers. Kade and Kyle can make him laugh and smile. At his 2 month well check up he weighed 10.5 lbs. (10%), height 23.5 inches (25%), and his head was in the 50%. I really hope he jumps up in the height category. I really don't want any of our boys to have my short genes. Overall, I love having a happy, smiley baby! He is completely adorable!!! We love you!

Our new house!

Now that our blog is private I am not worried about posting pictures of our home. Here is our new home. It has been nice moving into a bigger house. The hot Vegas summer's will be a little bit more enjoyable now that we have a pool. The boys love the room to run and play in. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we walk to a park close by. They LOVE it!

Like the dolphins in the pool? Kade likes to pretend he is a dolphin or fish when he is in the bathtub now.

Here is Kyle being a dare devil!

Running and playing in grass!!!!
We didn't have grass in our last house :(

Eric really likes the pool too! He likes to come home, make sure the pool is clean, and, now that the weather is heating up, take a swim.
