Bellagio at Christmas!

We love to go see the Bellagio Gardens as a family outing. It always amazes us how they can be so creative and keep the flowers so fresh. We try to go in the morning so we don't have to navigate the stroller through a crowd. It is always somewhat crowded though. On this particular day we decided to go after our ward party. Everybody was dressed and in the car so we might as well. Here are pictures of what it looks like this Christmas season. I couldn't remember what it looked like last year. I then remembered we were in Foster City at this time last year.

The Christmas tree and polar bears. Each of the polar bears is covered with real white carnations.

They have a new display where they recreate a picture using flowers. Here is the holiday picture.

Connor really wanted to get out of his stroller, but it was so busy and he would just run all over the place.

After we looked at the gardens we went out front to watch the water show. The boys, especially Kade, loved it. The water shot up so high Kade would say it is taller than the buildings. It was choreographed to a couple of Christmas songs. Here is Connor and I watching the water show.

Brothers!!

One day Eric took Kade hiking up at Red Rock. Meanwhile, I was at home with Kyle and Connor. I swear I cannot get anything done or clean when these two are around. Sometimes though they can do the cutest things. They took the "Time Out" chair out of the bathroom and was sitting in it and playing with each other. They both really liked to take a picture. I think they are so cute, even if they are the two messiest boys around! Yes, Kyle is constantly wearing his Santa suit again. He was so upset on Sunday when I told him he had to change into church clothes. He even wore it when we went to the "Live Nativity" and Claim Jumper the other night. He walks around telling us he is Santa and all of us are his reindeer. What a funny boy!

Kyle wanted to take pictures, so I let him take one of Connor.

This is how Kade tried to make Kyle look like Santa.

Connor posing for pictures again. He just can't keep his eyes open because of the flash. I love his little, big smile :)

Love my boys, only I hope they will some day
help me clean up their messes :) At the same time I am so grateful they are healthy and are able to run around and make messes.

Kyle's 3rd Birthday

Kyle had his 3rd birthday a couple weeks ago. He was so adorable before his birthday. Kade and I would tell him it's almost his birthday. While driving in the car he would say "Mom!" I would say "what?" He would look at me with cutest smile and face and say "it's almost my birthday". He was so excited for it this year. When asked what he wanted he would say "a bike, a choo choo and a cake". Kade later got him to say a truck too.

The birthday boy with the birthday hat on, plus Connor.

Connor is in a phase where he loves to have his picture taken. He just doesn't like the flash.

Kyle had a really great birthday. When he woke up we all told him "Happy Birthday". We took Eric to work and Kade to preschool. We then picked up his cake and went and bought his balloons. Afterwards we went back home to finish cleaning and decorate for his birthday. We also started making the chicken noodle soup. We soon had to leave to pick Kade up from preschool and pick Grandma up. Side note....the house across from Grandmas caught on fire the day before. Kyle and Connor loved seeing the big fire engine across the street. After we picked everyone up we went back home to finish up.

His presents.

His balloon, tilted. He had to have a choo choo train of course.

Before we picked up daddy we went down to town square to ride the little choo choo train. The boys loved it!!! Thanks Grandma!! They also had chocolate milk and a chocolate chip cookie.

When we were done we picked up daddy from work and headed home for his birthday party. Once home we made sure everything was ready. After everyone was here Kyle opened all of his presents. At first he would open the present then want to play with it, so we had to keep telling him to open the next present.

Opening the first present.  He looks so serious.

Kade "helping" him open presents.

Opening up the horn and helmet for his bike.

Trying to ride his nice bike. He can't figure out to push the pedals.

Daddy helping.

Ellie and Chloe is wondering what is going on.

His cake.

Blowing the candles out.

Happy Birthday, Kyle!!! We love you and your outgoing personality!!

Seeing Santa

This year the boys were able to see Santa twice. We have the above family picture and a couple of others from our ward Christmas party.

Here are the pictures from the Santa at the mall. I love the second one and how all the boys are looking up at him.

Merry Christmas everyone!!! We hope you have a happy and enjoyable time with your family!!

Temple and Children's Museum

One day during the summer my mom wanted to take the boys to the children's museum. First we had to deliver silly candles. Since the delivery was on the side of town where the temple is we decided to take them up to the temple. Here is our attempt at getting their picture.

Kyle really wanted to be held by Grandma, so the picture with me isn't good at all. He kept getting off to go see Grandma. The other two look really cute!!

Because of Kyle, my mom decided to try to get a picture. I think this picture is cute because it shows her trying to get the boys to pose for the silly picture. They are still not looking at the camera.

Kade and Kyle at one of the side doors. I think this is the door where Becky and Joe came out of after they were married.

Connor trying to keep up with all of us.

This is a cute picture of Kade in front of one of the trees in front of the temple. His pants look to big, but I think they are just falling down because he is so skinny.

After the temple we went to the children's museum. They had a special area that was dedicated to camping. Here is fire ranger Kade. He makes sure no one lites a fire.

Connor is trying to figure out how to roast his marshmellows.

They also had a little house to see how the plumbing works. My dad probably would enjoy that one. Kade was kind of figuring it out.

In another area they had a stage with dress up clothes. The boys didn't want to wear any clothes but walk on the stage. Kade was a little shy, but Connor loved it. I love this picture of Connor. It is like he looking down at a fan saying "hey you" or pointing at some cute girl. He was not shy at all.

Their favorite part of the museum was the pretend airplane. They kept fighting over who was going to sit in the pilot seat.

I believe by the time we went upstairs my camera died. The upstairs was filled with a nutrition, sound, and other centers. It was more for big kids though. By the end the boys were starting to be tired. Right when we were leaving we found out Smokey the Bear was coming. We waited for him. Here are the boys meeting him.

Connor looks like he doesn't know what to do or he is just in awe at seeing Smokey the Bear.

Thanks Grandma for the fun day!
