Firemen

For the most part the boys love to play together. This makes us happy because we really want them to best friends throughout their entire lives. One day Kyle and Connor found the firemen gear and was playing dress up. They had so much fun!! They also like to push their fire engines from one end of the house to the other.

Kyle and his cheesy smile :)

Kyle also has fire truck p.j.'s on.

Our First Swim of the Summer

After Kade's game we went over to Grandma's house to go swimming. It was so much fun, especially since everyone was there, even Joe and Becky. The boys loved it!! Kade is getting more daring. Kyle is still a little bit skeptical and Connor is fearless. Kade use to never want to get in the water except when someone was holding him. Now, as long as he has his life jacket on, he will jump off the "cliff" and swim around the pool.

Kyle and Connor only liked to go in the hot tub.

There were some water guns the boys (big and little) loved playing with. Connor really wanted to play with one, however, he had no clue how to use it. He kept spraying everybody unintentionally and laughing like crazy.

All cleaned up.

Having yummy cookies too!

Kyle and Connor got dressed way before Kade did. Kade had a lot of fun with Aunt Becky and Uncle Joe on the blow up slide. Afterwards, we had a delicious dinner and just visited with everyone. I guess Connor had enough for the day because this is where Grandma found him. He kind of looks comfortable, but cold. His pants were in the dryer because, a little bit earlier, he decided he wanted to swim some more and got into the hot tub.

Thanks Grandma and Bryan for letting us come over and swim and for dinner!! We are so glad we were able to see Joe, Becky, Jeff and Erica too!!! We are excited for Becky to be back again in three weeks when Cam comes :)

Kade's Soccer

We are so glad Kade decided to play soccer. It gives us something to do on Saturday's. It has been so much fun to watch him gain confidence and play in the games. His coach and coaches wife do an incredible job with the team. We are lucky to have them! Eric also helps out at the practices and games. The first game Kade scored one goal, second game two goals, third game none and fourth game none (however, he almost had 3-4 goals but the goalie stopped them). I know Kade appreciates everyone that comes out to support him at his games too!!! He usually has the most "cheerleaders" and "supporters" at the games!

I am most proud of Kade by the way he reacts after he has scored a goal. After he scores a goal he doesn't turn around and act cocky and arrogant. He acts as if he did nothing and moves on in the game. My mom pointed this out after one of his soccer games. She calls it humility. A few days later I was talking to his coach who said Kade is one of those kids that is quiet. However, he goes out and does his best and scores some goals, but he doesn't "flaunt" it. I am so grateful to hear this. It makes me more proud then any amount of goals he could ever score. I am so glad he has found something to bring him more confidence. As he grows he is becoming more self assured in himself and knows he can try new things and succeed.

One of Kade's cheerleaders!

Eric helps out a lot with the team. He loves having a son playing sports. We are going to be so busy when all four of them are playing :)

One day I had our soccer bag in the house. Kyle and Connor's fold up chairs are in it. They decided to pull them out. When I came downstairs I found Kade kicking the ball and they were sitting on their chairs clapping and saying "go Kade". It was so cute!!! They are probably two of Kade's biggest fans :)
