Last Saturday Kade went to his first primary activity about King Benjamin. It's amazing how I think he is so big, but when I went to the activity I realized how little he still is. He was one of the littlest kids there. Here he is before we left. He was very excited!
When we arrived one of the leaders put a red piece of material around his arm. This meant he was in the red "family". Each family had their own "tent".
After they picked their names and said their chant King Benjamin came to talk to them.
When King Benjamin was all done all of the children went to do service projects inside the church. They washed off chairs and tied quilts. Here is Kade washing off the chairs in the primary room. The little girl in this picture made sure Kade was with his "family" during the entire activity. When she would leave Kade would follow her. Very cute!
When they were done they played duck, duck, goose. Right before everyone left they were given an Otter Pot to eat. Yummy!
