I love this little guy!! He is an incredible baby. He is always so happy and patient! I am already starting to feel sad that he is growing up. Pretty soon he will be just like his brothers playing, arguing, causing mischief, and making messes. But for right now he is my perfect little guy that makes me, his daddy, and his brothers smile every day!!!

Birthday Cake :)
For my birthday my mom sent me the best cake in the world, Nothing Bundt Cake. Before my birthday I was really wishing I could go pick one up. Maybe she was reading my mind. I told her I would take pictures of it so here they are. It was as delicious as ever!!
Before the candles.
After the candles are lit.
Thanks Mom!
Halloween Time!!
I am so excited Halloween is right around the corner. Kade and I pulled out a lot of our decorations. I love walking up to our doorway because it seems so happy and festive.
Kade is especially excited since his birthday is coming up! He is already telling me what he wants....a bike, tickets to "Mickey's Magical Journey", and, of course, trucks (if he doesn't already have enough). We look forward to having a wonderful October! We really look forward to going to Lemus Farms to pick up some wonderful pumpkins and letting the boys have fun on the rides.

49ers Stadium and the Oakland Temple
One Saturday we decided to go up to San Francisco. We didn't have anywhere in mind so we just headed north. As we were driving we noticed we were on part of the freeway we had never been. We weren't too disappointed because we soon ran across the San Francisco 49ers Stadium. All we had to do was take an exit about 15 minutes from our house. This exit, when you turn right, takes you right to the staduim. My family and I went to a game when I was in high school, but I can't really remember any of the outside. Once we arrived at the Stadium parts of that day came back to me.
Behind the Stadium is a really nice park bay the water. Eric says he heard it was a dangerous park, however, it was really nice when we were there. There are picnic tables set up and a walking path. It looks like a wonderful place to have a fun lunch! Kade is the only one in the pictures because Kyle and Connor were sleeping.
When we left we still did not have anywhere imparticular to go so we just drove. We came across the Bay Bridge. This bridge takes people to Oakland. It is huge. It is built from the bay to an island, runs through the island, and continues to the other side of the Bay. It is scary but amazing all at the same time!
Since we were driving into Oakland we thought it would fun to see the temple. The Oakland Temple is a gorgeous temple with a lot of land. When you pull in this is what you see.
This is the view that people can see from the beautiful visitor center. Supposedly, people can see this view from the observation deck too. We didn't get to see it because it was raining so they close it off for safety reasons.
In this last picture you can Oakland and San Francisco is on the other side of the water. I love it when you can see the city from the temple. Here is a picture of the Las Vegas Temple overlooking "Sin City" aka "The Strip".
While we were there we noticed a couple that just got married. She obviously did not get married in the temple because she was wearing a tube top wedding dress. There were tons of people there "celebrating". I guess it is popular for people to come and take pictures at the temple because the grounds are so beautiful. I felt bad for the couple that did get married in the temple and had to wait for all the people to disburse to take their wedding pictures. However, maybe someday these people will be looking at their pictures wondering what "that building" is really about and start investigating it. Who knows!! I am grateful I know what the temple stand for and is used for. I am so grateful we were able to go to the Las Vegas Temple and be sealed forever as a family!
After we were done at the temple we found our way back home. I believe we all took a nap :) It was quite a day!

I Hope They Call Me on a Mission!
I have been trying to teach the boys "I Hope They Call Me on a Mission" hoping to get them thinking about going in what, 16-18 years. So, I decided to have some missionaries over. I guess these days missionaries have to be done with dinner by 6. Eric is never home before six, luckily we have sister missionaries. When they were over I felt bad for them because they couldn't hold Connor. There is a rule that missionaries cannot hold a baby, even if the parents are there. The only way they can is if the baby is in danger. How sad! We had a great time talking to them and now when Kade sees somebody with a badge on he knows/thinks they are a missionary.
Half Moon Bay, Again!
We went to Half Moon Bay again. We went to a different beach this time. The weather was very nice. It would have been fun to have our swimsuits. Kyle would still not go anywhere near the water. In fact, when he saw it he started to cry and get really scared. He would not move from the towel we brought. Eric had this bright idea to walk down this steep hill. It was really hard, especially carrying Connor. I fell on my bum twice. Kade did an awesome job getting down on his own.
The waves were really big that day!
Kade and I thought it would be fun to take a picture of our footprints.
After a little bit, Kyle started to not be so scared. He helped Kade sort of build a castle. He would stand up and start yelling or singing at the water. He still wouldn't go near it, but at least he was up having some fun.
Connor enjoying the sunshine with his drooly little face.
After a big wave came and soaked part of our towel we decided to leave. I knew there was no way Kade and I would be able to climb up the "hill" we came down. Luckily, there was a much easier route. Eric, however, had to go that route to get our stroller. It was really hard walking in sand. Kyle was having an extra hard time so I asked Kade to take his hand and help him. Kade made sure Kyle was ok. It was so cute!
When Connor, Kade, Kyle, and I reached the top I realized one of my shoes fell out of my bag. Not only did I loose it, but it is the same color as the sand. Eric, the best husband int he world, ran all the way down to where we were to find it. I am so grateful he did because those sandals are some of my most favorite pairs of shoes.
