This week Kade had his first day of preschool and Kyle had his fist toddler gymnastics class.
Kyle was really excited about his class when we were leaving.
We were the first ones there, so he was able to run around on the mats. He was really happy doing that!
The yellow bag was his favorite part. He loved to get on the bag and jump off again and again and again.
He had a lot of fun for the first thirty minutes. For the last 20 minutes he sat on the chair. I guess he was tired.
Kade has been super excited to go to school. I am grateful to a new friend, Sarah, for telling us about this preschool. I think it will be really great experience for Kade. I was really happy he wasn't acting to shy or clingy. I can tell he is growing up.
Before we left. Posing with the Scarecrow.
At the school.
Confession....I did almost get a little teary eyed. I started thinking this was the first time I have left him alone for a couple of hours. I had to remind myself of all the times I dropped him off at Brenda's house. I guess it has just been a long time since I have left him somewhere without me being close by. I look forward to hearing about what he is learning and experiencing. He was really happy when I picked him up on Tuesday. Excited for tomorrow!
